盐地碱蓬作为生物乙醇转化原料的优势比较

摘要: 以盐地植物碱蓬为对象,分别从纤维多糖含量、酸解酶解效果、还原糖乙醇转化效率等方面,与玉米秸秆、芦苇、浒苔、海带渣等进行了优势比较研究。目的是希望将其作为转化生物乙醇的廉价原料进行开发利用。结果显示:碱蓬样品的纤维素和半纤维素含量丰富,其中纤维素含量高达37 .4%,总多糖含量高达78 .2%,均高于玉米秸秆、芦苇、浒苔、海带渣等植物;在相同处理条件下,碱蓬样品酶解前后的还原糖浓度增加了25 .6 mg·mL-1,远高于其它试验植物;乙醇发酵结果初步显示,碱蓬降解糖液的乙醇产率为1 .06%,高于玉米秸秆对照的0 .71%。本研究表明:盐地植物碱蓬纤维素含量高,酸处理效果好,还原糖降解率和乙醇转化率较高,是替代常规农田作物秸秆转化生物乙醇的良好盐碱植物原料,具有较高的开发价值。

Comparative Advantage Study of Suaeda Salsa as Raw Material

 for Bio-ethanol Conversion

Abstract: In this paper, the comparative advantages have be studied of the salt-land plant Suaeda salsa at fiber polysaccharide content, degradation effect, and ethanol conversion efficiency of reducing sugars with corn stover, reed, prolifera, kelp residue. We hope to develop it as a cheap raw material for bio-ethanol conversion. The results showed that the cellulose and hemicellulose were rich in Suaeda salsa. In Suaeda salsa, the cellulose content was 37.4%, the total polysaccharide content was 78.2%, which were higher than corn stover, reed, prolifera, and kelp residue. Before and after enzymatic hydrolysis under the same conditions, the reducing sugar concentration of Suaeda salsa increased by 25.6 mg·mL-1, which was much higher than that of other experimental plants. Preliminary results of ethanol fermentation showed that the ethanol yield of degradation sugar solution of Suaeda salsa fiber was 1.06%, which was higher than 0.71% of corn straw. This study indicates that the content of cellulose was high in Suaeda salsa, the acid treatment effect was well, the degradation rate of reducing sugar and the conversion rate of ethanol were higher. So, we believe Suaeda salsa is a good saline-alkali plant material which can replace the conventional crop straw to bio-ethanol conversion and it has high development value.
