胶体碳球为模板制备铝掺杂二氧化钛空心微球及其表征

摘要: 采用新型的绿色模板—胶体碳球作为模板,廉价的硝酸铝为铝源,TiCl4溶液为原料,制备了铝掺杂的二氧化钛微球,并通过引入聚丙烯酰胺和聚丙烯酸可控制备了双层二氧化钛微球,克服了二氧化钛材料的热稳定性随比表面积的增大而降低的缺陷,实现高稳定性和高表面积的兼容,提高二氧化钛的实用性。

Abstract: The new physical properties of titanium dioxide hollow microspheres, as well as their applications as optical materials, catalytic materials, slow release materials and fillers, have attracted wide attention. In this paper, a new green template-colloid carbon ball is used as a template, cheap aluminum nitrate is used as the aluminum source and TiCl4 solution is used as the raw material to prepare titanium dioxide microspheres. The double shell titanium dioxide microspheres are prepared by the introduction of polyacrylamide and polyacrylic acid. It overcomes the defect that the thermal stability of titanium dioxide decreases with the increase of specific surface area. The compatibility of high stability and high surface area is realized, and the practicability of titanium dioxide is improved.
