摘要: 为提升钙钛矿太阳能电池的光电性能,采用调控添加剂含量的方法,通过向钙钛矿前驱体溶液中引入不同比例的盐酸氨基脲,经旋涂成膜与退火处理,制备出结构均匀的钙钛矿吸光层薄膜。当盐酸氨基脲摩尔分数为10%时,内含氨基官能团能钝化晶体缺陷,促使薄膜低孔洞率覆盖率提高,结晶度增强,抑制内部电荷重组,成膜质量改善。引入添加剂的CsSnI3钙钛矿电池器件光电转化效率为2.89%,远高于无添加剂电池器件。

Improving the Performances of CsSnI3 Perovskite Solar Cells by Aminourea Hydrochloride

Abstract: This paper studied the performance optimization measures of CsSnI3 perovskite solar cells. The perovskite light-absorbing layer films were prepared by spin coating annealing in the perovskite precursor solution with different molar percentages of additive aminourea hydrochloride. When the molar content of carbamide hydrochloride was 10%, the amino functional groups contained in the films could passivate the crystal defects, promote the low porosity coverage of the films, enhance the crystallinity, inhibit the internal charge recombination, and improve the film quality. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the CsSnI3 perovskite cell device with additives is 2.89%, which is much higher than that of cell device without additives.
