碳化土豆的太阳能界面水蒸发性能

摘要: 以土豆为原料,通过表面打孔、碳化工艺得到光热转换材料。研究了该材料的组成、微观结构、光吸收、亲水性、光热转换以及太阳能界面水蒸发性能。结果表明:碳化土豆是多孔结构的无定形碳,在紫外(250~380 nm)和可见光范围内(380~780 nm)光吸收超过90%;具有极好的亲水性、光热转换以及太阳能界面水蒸发性能。在1个太阳辐照下(光功率密度为1 kW·m-2)蒸发速率达到了144 kg·m2·h-1,蒸发效率达到了9071%。碳化土豆可用于含有机染料废水、重金属离子废水的处理。

Solar-driven Interfacial Water Evaporation Performance of Carbonized Potatoes

Abstract: In this work, potatoes were used as raw material, and photothermal material was obtained by surface perforation and carbonization process. The composition, microstructure, light absorption, hydrophilicity, photothermal conversion and solar-driven interfacial water evaporation performance of photothermal material were studied. The results show that carbonized potatoes are amorphous carbon with porous structure, and the light absorption in ultraviolet (250—380 nm) and visible light range (380—780 nm) exceeds 90%. Carbonized potato exhibits excellent hydrophilicity, photothermal conversion and solar-powered water evaporation performance. Under one solar irradiation (the optical power density is 1 kW·m-2), the evaporation rate reaches to 144 kg·m2·h-1, and the evaporation efficiency is 9071%. Carbonized potatoes can be used for sewage treatment of organic dyes and heavy metal ions.
