摘要: 采用浸渍-还原法合成了非晶态Co-Mo-B/MCM-41催化剂,应用于亚硫酸镁(MgSO3)催化氧化体系。运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)X射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段对催化剂的形貌结构进行表征。在曝气条件下研究了Co-Mo-B/MCM-41催化剂的MgSO3催化氧化性能及机理,结果表明:在n(Co)/n(Mo)=7/1pH=8T=318 K,空气流量为60 L·h-1MgSO3加入量为50 g·L-1,催化剂浓度为1 g·L-1的反应条件下,MgSO3氧化速率达到0107 9 mmol·L·s-1。通过自由基猝灭实验和电子顺磁共振(EPR)测试表明提高氧化速率的主要原因是催化氧化过程中产生的具有高活性的O·-2

Abstract: The amorphous Co-Mo-B/MCM-41 catalysts have been prepared by impregnation-reduction method for catalytic oxidation of MgSO3. The catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Under aeration conditions, the performance and mechanism of MgSO3 oxidation over Co-Mo-B/MCM-41 catalysts ware studied. When n(Co)/n(Mo)=7/1, pH=8, T=318 K, air flow rate is 60 L·min-1, MgSO3 dosage is 50 g·L-1, and catalyst concentration is 1 g·L-1, the oxidation rate of MgSO3 was 0.107 9 mmol·(L·s)-1. The main reason for increasing the oxidation rate is the highly active superoxide radicals produced during the catalytic oxidation process by radical quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) techniques.
