粉煤灰多孔陶瓷制备及其吸附Cr(Ⅵ)性能

摘要: 以粉煤灰为基体材料,用碳酸钠(Na2CO3)为造孔剂,氢氧化钠做助熔剂,混合均匀后经压片成型,在马弗炉中经高温煅烧得多孔陶瓷。研究了碳酸钠含量以及煅烧温度,对陶瓷孔隙率和强度的影响,以及制备的粉煤灰多孔陶瓷对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明:煅烧温度为800 ℃,造孔剂含量为15%,所制备的粉煤灰多孔陶瓷的孔隙率为4028%,抗压强度为81 MPa,陶瓷片的饱和吸附时间为200 min,对0060 06 g·L-1的重铬酸钾溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为7136%,吸附能力达0757 mg·g-1。研究发现,粉煤灰陶瓷的吸附位点主要是-SiO2-3,陶瓷片经3次吸脱附后Cr(Ⅵ)去除率仍可达到45%左右。

Preparation of Fly Ash Porous Ceramics and Adsorption Performance of Cr(Ⅵ)

Abstract: The porous ceramic is prepared with fly ash as the matrix material, Na2CO3 as the pore-forming agent, NaOH as fluxing agent after compression moulding and sintered under high-temperature calcination in a muffle furnace. The effects of Na2CO3 content and calcination temperature on the porosity and strength of ceramics were investigated. And the adsorption properties of the prepared fly ash porous ceramics on Cr(Ⅵ) studied. The results show that when the calcination temperature is 800 ℃ and the pore former content is 15%, the prepared fly ash porous ceramic has a porosity of 4028% and a compressive strength of 81 MPa. The Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate of ceramic sheet is 7136% in 0060 06 g·L-1 K2Cr2O7 solution, and the adsorption capacity can reach 0757 mg·g-1 after 200 min of saturation adsorption. It is found that the amount of -SiO2-3 played an important role in absorbing Cr(Ⅵ), The adsorption rate of ceramic sheets can still reach about 45% after three times of adsorption and desorption.
