多乙烯多胺改性磁性壳聚糖复合材料制备及其对Cu2+的吸附性能

钱敏杰, 刘杰*, 吴占超, 匡少平*(青岛科技大学 化学与分子工程学院,山东 青岛 266042)摘要: 制备了一种新型的多乙烯多胺(PEPA)改性壳聚糖磁性复合材料PEPA-CS/Fe3O4。通过红外(IR)、热重分析(TGA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料进行结构表征; 并对复合材料吸附溶液中Cu2+性质进行了研究。探讨了吸附时间、吸附温度、pH值、初始浓度和重复使用次数对吸附性能的影响; 讨论了复合材料吸附Cu2+的动力学、热力学性质和吸附机理。结果表明: 当pH55, 初始浓度为200 mg·L-1, 吸附时间为1 h, 投放量为20 mg·(25 mL)-1, 达到最大吸附容量692 mg·g-1。复合材料对Cu2+的吸附性能优异, 吸附后能从溶液中快速分离。5次重复利用后吸附容量为初次吸附量的7760%。

Abstract: In this paper, a new polyethylene polyamine modified magnetic chitosan composite PEPA-CS/Fe3O4 was prepared. The structure of the composite was characterized by infrared (IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of adsorption time, adsorption temperature, pH value, initial concentration and reuse times on the adsorption performance of Cu2+ on PEPA-CS/Fe3O4 were investigated. The kinetics, thermodynamic properties and adsorption mechanism of Cu2+ adsorption on the composite were discussed. The results show that when pH is 55, initial concentration is 200 mg·L-1, adsorption time is 1 h, and dosage is 20 mg·(25 mL)-1, the maximum adsorption capacity is 692 mg·g-1. The composite has excellent adsorption performance for Cu2+, which can be separated from the solution rapidly. The adsorption capacity is 7760% of the initial adsorption capacity after five times of reuse.
