Ni-Mo复合金属催化剂在几种杂环伯胺中的合成

摘要: 通过自制Ni-Mo复合金属催化剂来合成一类杂环伯胺,并对催化剂进行了X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和比表面积(BET)分析,发现自制复合催化剂具有良好的催化性能,其在呋喃甲胺的合成中最高收率达96%以上。同时合成过程分两步对相应的醛进行还原胺化。胺化步骤先使用盐酸羟胺合成肟,再通过Ni-Mo复合金属催化剂进行还原。该过程采用氨甲醇溶液,避免了使用氨气或浓氨水,该方法操作简便,中间体稳定,并获得了良好的收率。

Synthesis of Several Heterocyclic Primary Amines over Ni-Mo

Composite Metal Catalysts

Abstract: In this paper, a Ni-Mo metal catalyst had been made to synthesize one of the heterocyclic primary amines. The structure were characterized by XRD, SEM,XPS and BET.It was found that the catalyst has good catalytic performance and the highest yield of the synthesis of furfurylamine is over 96%. Meanwhile, the synthesis of heterocyclic primary amines is divided into two steps to carry out with the corresponding aldehyde. The first step was used hydroxylamine hydrochloride to synthesize oxime, and then reduced by the catalyst. The process adopts ammonia methanol solution, avoids the use of ammonia gas or concentrated ammonia, that the operational simplicity, intermediate stability, and good yield add to the value for the industrialization of synthetic heterocyclic primary amines as a practical alternative.
