分离乙腈-乙醇-水三元物系的变压/萃取耦合精馏工艺及系统优化设计

摘要: 针对乙腈-乙醇-水物系常压下存在三个二元和一个三元共沸物的特殊情况,设计了节能型变压-萃取精馏四塔流程(PS-ED)和萃取-变压精馏四塔流程(E-PSD)两类工艺,利用Aspen Plus软件进行了以上两种流程模拟,在此基础上以年度总费用(TAC)最低为优化目标对两种工艺分别进行全局优化,并比较两种工艺流程的经济性,结果表明PS-ED流程TAC值比E-PSD节省约6.69%,说明PS-ED流程更具经济性。

Abstract: In view of the special situation, there are three binary and one ternary azeotropes in acetonitrile ethanol water system at atmospheric pressure. Two kinds of energy-saving processes.namely pressure swing extractive distillation four column process (PS-ED) and extraction pressure swing distillation four column process (E-PSD) were designed and simulated by Aspen Plus software. On this basis, taking the minimum annual total cost (TAC) as the optimization objective. The two processes were optimized globally, and the economy of the two processes was compared. The results show that the TAC value of PS-ED process is about 6.69% less than that of E-PSD, indicating that PS-ED process is more economical.
