氢氧化铝/硼酸锌协同配合对炭黑填充氯丁橡胶性能的影响

摘要: 采用氢氧化铝/硼酸锌(ATH/ZB)为协效阻燃体系,考察了阻燃剂用量、炭黑用量对氯丁橡胶(CR)硫化特性及其硫化胶物理机械性能、动态力学性能以及燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,当炭黑用量相同时,随着ATH/ZB用量的增加,CR混炼胶的硫化速率降低,引燃时间延长,火灾性能指数明显增大,但ATH/ZB的过量加入会阻碍CR的应力诱导结晶,不利于材料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率。当阻燃剂用量相同时,炭黑用量的增加会使CR混炼胶的焦烧时间缩短,正硫化时间延长,炭黑的增多有助于CR燃烧时的成炭行为,热释放速率峰值明显降低,但不利于引燃时间。

Abstract: Aluminum hydroxide/zinc borate (ATH/ZB) was used as synergistic flame retardant system, and the effects of the amount of flame retardant/carbon black(CB) on curing characteristics, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of polychloroprene(CR)-based composites were investigated. The results showed that when the content of CB was constant, the cure rate decreased, the time of ignition and the fire performance index increased with increasing the content of ATH/ZB, but it was not beneficial for the improvement of the tensile strength and elongation at break of CR vulcanizates. When the content of ATH/ZB was constant, with the increase of CB, the scorching time was shorten, the optimum cure time was prolonged, the peak value of heat release rate was obviously decreased because of the improvement of char strength during the combustion of CR vulcanizates, but the time of ignition was obviously shorten.
