山楂不同部位总黄酮含量与体外美白及抗氧化活性研究

摘要: 制备山楂不同部位水提取物和醇提取物,测定总黄酮含量,检测其对酪氨酸酶的抑制率、超氧阴离子自由基清除率和羟自由基清除率。结果表明:山楂醇提取物中总黄酮含量普遍高于水提取物,其中山楂叶高达647%。各提取物均有不同程度的酪氨酸酶抑制、超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基清除作用。其中,山楂叶和山楂果的水提取物在05 g·mL-1时对酪氨酸酶的抑制率分别达708%623%;山楂叶提取物清除自由基的能力最强,在05 g·mL-1时,山楂叶水提取物和山楂叶醇提取物对超氧阴离子自由基基的清除率分别为702%673%;而对羟自由基的清除率分别为783%891%。本研究为山楂提取物应用于美白抗衰老化妆品提供参考,在实际应用时可根据需要选择山楂不同部位和不同提取溶剂与方法。

Pinnatifida and Their Whitening and Antioxidant Activities in Vitro

Abstract: The water extracts and alcohol extracts from different parts of Crataegus pinnatifida were prepared, the content of total flavonoids was determined, and the inhibition rate of tyrosinase, superoxide anion free radical scavenging rate and hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate were detected. The content of total flavonoids in Crataegus pinnatifida alcohol extract was higher than water extrat, among which the content of Crataegus pinnatifida leaves was as high as 64.7%. All extracts can inhibit tyrosinase, scavenge superoxide anion free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals. Among them, the inhibitory rate on tyrosinase of the water extracts of leaves and fruits reached 708% and 623% at 05 g·mL-1, respectively. The leaves extracts had the strongest scavenging ability on free radicals. At a concentration of 05 g·mL-1, the superoxide anion radical scavenging rates of water extract and alcohol extract of Crataegus pinnatifida leaves were 702% and 673%, while the hydroxyl radical scavenging rates were 783% and 891%, respectively. This study provides a reference for the application of Crataegus pinnatifida extracts in whitening and anti-aging cosmetics. Different parts of hawthorn and different extracting solvents and methods can be selected according to the need in practical application.
