助交联剂PAPI在氢化丁腈橡胶中的应用

摘要: 研究了在过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)硫化体系中助交联剂多马来酰亚胺(PAPI)对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)性能的影响,测试了静态密闭和动态配方橡胶的硫化性能和力学性能,并与助交联剂三聚三烯丙基异氰酸酯(TAIC)进行对比。研究表明:使用PAPI可以增加HNBR交联密度,提高交联速度;硬度、耐磨性、压缩永久变形、耐老化性能都有所提高;动态胶拉伸撕裂性能提高,而静态胶的拉伸撕裂性能下降。此外,动态力学性能测试表明,加入PAPI的氢化丁腈橡胶损耗因子降低。

Application of Co-crosslinking Agent PAPI in Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber

Abstract: The influence of co-crosslinking agents domaleimide (PAPI) on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) in dicumyl peroxide (DCP) vulcanization system were investigated, compared with the cross-linking agent 2,4,6-triallyloxy-1,3,5-triazi (TAIC). The vulcanization properties and mechanical properties of rubber in static sealed and dynamic formulations were tested. Studies have shown that the use of PAPI can increase the crosslink density and increase the cross-linking speed; hardness, wear resistance, compression set, and aging resistance are improved; the tensile tear properties of dynamic rubber are improved, but the tensile tear properties of the static rubber are decreased. Besides, tests show a reduction in the loss factor of hydrogenated nitrile rubber with PAPI.
