谷胱甘肽的抗过敏活性

摘要: 对谷胱甘肽体内体外的抗过敏活性进行研究。采用透明质酸酶抑制率实验、致敏豚鼠离体回肠肌过敏性收缩实验研究谷胱甘肽体外抗过敏作用;通过大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)实验和大鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)实验测定谷胱甘肽的体内抗过敏活性。谷胱甘肽的浓度达5 mg·mL-1时,对透明质酸酶的抑制率可达到7083%,对致敏豚鼠离体回肠肌过敏性收缩的抑制率达9236%,且具有剂量依赖性;与致敏组大鼠相比,高剂量的谷胱甘肽组大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应的蓝斑面积显著减小,迟发型超敏反应的鼠足垫体积显著减小,与扑尔敏的抗过敏效用相似。谷胱甘肽具有较强的抗过敏活性。

AntiAllergic Activities of Glutathione

Abstract: The antiallergic activities of glutathione in vitro and in vivo were investigated. The antiallergic of glutathione in vitro was studied by using the inhibition rate of hyaluronidase assay and the test of sensitized guinea pig isolated ileum muscle. The antiallergic efficacy of glutathione in vivo was analyzed by passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rats (PCA) and delayed type hypersensitivity in rats (DTH). The inhibition rate of hyaluronidase reached as high as 7083%, and the inhibition rate of allergic contraction of sensitized guinea pig isolated ileum muscle was 9236% when glutathione concentration was 5 mg·mL-1which was a concentrationdependent manner. Compared with sensitized rats, the high dose of glutathione reduced the bluespot area of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis, as well as delayed type hypersensitivity of rat footpad volume, with the similar effect to chlorpheniramine. The glutathione possesses good antiallergic activity.
