摘要: 采用水热法制备了一组CdIn2S4/CeO2复合材料并进行了详细的表征。CdIn2S4纳米粒子生长在CeO2的花瓣上形成了异质结构。在可见光条件下,测试了催化剂的光分解水制氢性能。CeO2和CdIn2S4的质量比为60%时,CdIn2S4/CeO2(CISC-60)的产氢活性最高。CdIn2S4/CeO2异质结的形成提高了光吸收能力,抑制了光诱导电子与空穴的复合,改善了光催化性能。

Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of CdIn2S4/CeO2 Composites

Abstract: A series of CdIn2S4/CeO2 composites were synthesized via a hydrothermal method and detailed characterizations were performed. CdIn2S4 nanoparticles decorated on the petals of CeO2 microflowers to form the heterostructure. The photocatalytic properties for H2 generation were evaluated. When the mass ratio of CeO2 to CdIn2S4 was 60%, the hydrogen production efficiency of CdIn2S4/CeO2 composite (CISC-60) was the best. The formation of CdIn2S4/CeO2 heterostructure improved the light absorption capacity, restrained the recombination of photoinduced electrons and holes and boosted the photocatalytic property.
