聚丙烯基三元复合介质的制备及其电气绝缘性能

摘要: 聚丙烯(PP)介质因其良好的电气性能而广泛应用于电力电容器。为了同步提高聚丙烯介质的介电常数和击穿强度,构筑了BNNSs@PANI/PP-g-MAH/PP的三元复合介质。采用聚苯胺(PANI)改性氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs),以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯和聚丙烯的共混物为复合基体,制备聚丙烯基三元复合介质。研究了复合介质的理化性能、介电性能、击穿强度和储能密度,并对比分析了不同导电特性的纳米复合粒子对复合介质性能的影响。实验结果表明,高电导态PANI改性过的BNNSs粒子会显著提升复合介质的介电常数,但击穿强度下降较为明显,最低至66 kV · mm-1。低电导态PANI改性的BNNSs粒子,提升复合介质的相对介电常数最大为2.4,但在质量分数3%时能够显著提升复合介质击穿强度,达到377 kV · mm-1。在低电导态PANI改性的BNNSs粒子含量为3%时,复合介质的储能密度达到最大1.56 J · cm-3,提升了33%。

Preparation of BNNSs@PANI/PP-g-MAH/PP Composite Films and Its Electrical Insulation Properties

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) media is widely used in power capacitors because of their excellent electrical properties. In order to simultaneously improve the dielectric constant and breakdown strength of polypropylene media, a ternary composite media of BNNSs@PANI/PP-g-MAH/PP was constructed in this paper. Polypropylene-based ternary composite media were prepared by poly(aniline) (PANI) coated modified boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and polypropylene as binary composite substrates. The physicochemical properties, dielectric properties, breakdown strength and energy storage density of the composite media were studied, and the effects of nanocomposite particles with different conductive properties on the performance of the composite media were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the BNNSs particles modified with PANI in high conductivity state significantly enhance the dielectric constant of the composite media, but the breakdown strength decreases more significantly, down to 66 kV · mm-1. The BNNSs particles modified with PANI in low conductivity state boosted the relative permittivity of the composite medium up to 2.4, but were able to significantly boost the breakdown strength of the composite medium up to 377 kV · mm-1 at a mass content of 3%. The energy storage density of the composite media reached a maximum of 1.56 J · cm-3 at a particle mass content of 3% of PANI-modified BNNSs in the low conductivity state, which was enhanced by 33%. The work is a good guide to the performance improvement of polypropylene dielectric for power capacitors.
