摘要: 对厚壁焊接压力容器焊后热处理工艺使用的中频电磁感应加热的温度控制算法进行研究,根据模糊控制原理和热处理要求的升温速度可控、保温温度稳定、降温速度可控,提出了变规则模糊温度控制策略并编写了控制程序。为变规则模糊温度控制策略设计了两种判定规则,当温度偏差较大时,采用粗调模糊规则,实现温度以限定值进行升降温;当温度偏差较小时,采用精调模糊规则,得到较高的控制精度,利用此变规则模糊温度控制策略确保厚壁焊接压力容器在升降温时实现温度偏差在±1 ℃的范围内。最后,利用这种控制策略对特定工件的电磁感应加热过程进行了测试。实验结果表明采用此算法能够满足加热控制的相应要求。

Application of Variable Fuzzy Temperature Control Strategy in PostWeld Heat
Treatment by MediumFrequency Induction Heating

Abstract: Study on the temperature control algorithms of mediumfrequency induction heating applied in post weld heat treatment of thickwall welded pressure vessels is carried out. According to the principle of fuzzy control and requirements of heat treatment of heating speed, temperature stability, controllable cooling rate, the variable rule fuzzy control strategy is employed and the corresponding control codes are programmed. Two kinds of control rules are designed by using variable rule fuzzy control strategy. In the case of large temperature deviation, the coarse fuzzy rule is established to achieve fast convergence. In the case of small temperature deviation, the fine control rule is presented to obtain higher control accuracy. The variable rule fuzzy control strategy ensures that the temperature deviation of the thickwall welding pressure vessel is heated at range of ±1 ℃.Finally, the induction heating of a specific workpiece is performed by using this control strategy. Results show that variable rule fuzzy control strategies are able to meet the corresponding requirements of the temperature control in such a hysteresis nonlinear inertial system.
