湿法混炼制备高性能轿车胎胎面胶及其结构与性能

摘要: 采用无粉尘污染的湿法混炼工艺将溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)和白炭黑制备成湿法混炼胶M-SSBR/SiO2,再与顺丁橡胶(BR)通过机械混炼制备成轿车轮胎胎面混炼胶M-SSBR/BR/SiO2,并对其进行结构与性能研究。结果表明:与传统机械混炼制备的胎面混炼胶SSBR/BR/SiO2相比,M-SSBR/BR/SiO2的结合胶含量提高27%;并且Payne效应大幅度降低,说明填料分散性显著改善;M-SSBR/BR/SiO2硫化胶的300%定伸模量提高17%,回弹性能提高16%,表征滚动阻力的60 ℃tan δ降低24%,压缩生热降低30%

Abstract: It is of great significance to develop energy-saving green rubber processing technology and high performance (oil-saving) rubber nanocomposites for high-quality rubber products. In this paper, the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) solution and silica (SiO2) suspension were wet-mixed to prepare M-SSBR/SiO2 compound without dust pollution. Then, the M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 was further obtained by mechanically blending the M-SSBR/SiO2 compound with butadiene rubber (BR), and the structure and properties were studied. The bound rubber content of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 compound was 27% higher than that of the SSBR/BR/SiO2 compound prepared by traditional mechanical mixing; and the Payne effect of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 compound was greatly weakened, implying significantly improved filler dispersion. In addition, the modulus at 300% and the resilience of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 vulcanizates increased 17% and 16%, respectively; and the tan δ@60 ℃ and heat build-up of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 vulcanizates decreased 24% and 30%, respectively. Therefore, M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 tread compound prepared by wet mixing technology showed excellent filler dispersion and comprehensive properties, especially lower rolling resistance and heat build-up, which is an ideal compound for the development of green oil-saving tire.
