创面用复方喷膜剂制备及药效学评价

摘要: 以天然高分子材料壳聚糖盐酸盐和合成高分子材料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK30)为主要成膜材料,制备具有创面修复作用的喷膜剂。通过正交试验,以喷射效果、水蒸气透过性、膜维持时间、成膜时间和膜性状为评价指标,确定喷膜剂的最优处方,并对其进行安全性和药效学评价。结果表明:壳聚糖盐酸盐2%PVPK30 3%、中药复方03%、乙醇浓度为25%时,喷膜剂以雾状喷出,成膜性良好。安全性试验中复方喷膜剂对于家兔皮肤无明显刺激性和毒性。药效学评价表明喷膜剂具有明显止痛、促愈合作用。创面用复方喷膜剂是一种使用方便,理化性能良好,同时具备止血止痛、促愈合功能的新型制剂。

Abstract: Spray film agent that has the effect of wound healing was prepared in this study, with the natural polymer materials chitosan hydrochloride and synthetic polymer materials polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPK30) as the main filmforming materials.The optimal prescription of the spray film agent was determined by orthogonal experiment, with the spray effect, water vapor permeability, film holding time, film forming time and film traits as the evaluation index. And its safety and pharmacodynamics was also evaluated.The results showed that when the chitosan hydrochloride was 2%, PVP was 3%,and added 03% Chinese herbal compound and 25% ethanol, the spraying film agent was sprayed and the film was easy to form.In the safety test,Chinese medicine compound spray agent was no obvious irritation and toxicity for rabbits skin.Pharmacodynamics evaluation showed that the spray agent had a significant effect in promoting wound healing.Spray compound film agent in the hemostatic, analgesic and promoting wound healing fields have significant effects.
