氧化钨片状结构的制备及其电致变色器件的性能

摘要: 报道了一种不需要晶种层直接在导电玻璃表面生长氧化钨薄膜的简易方法,这比需要晶种层生长薄膜的方法所用时间少、成本低、操作简便。研究了不同溶剂和表面活性剂对氧化钨形貌的影响,用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)表征了所制备的氧化钨纳米片和纳米块的晶相和微观结构。结果表明:由酒石酸钠作表面活性剂制得的纳米片尺寸较小。对组装成的器件进行了透过率和响应时间等电致变色性能测试,结果表明:由比表面积大和结构稳定的纳米薄膜组成的电致变色器件表现出较好的电致变色性能。

Preparation and Properties of Tungsten Oxide Nanosheets Based Electrochromic Device

Abstract: In this paper, we report a simple method for the preparation of tungsten oxide nanosheets on transparent conductive glasses without WO3 seed layer, which has some advantages such as short preparing time, low cost and easy operation. We discussed the effect of different solvents and surfactants on the morphologies of tungsten oxide nanostructures. The crystal phase and the microstructure of the asprepared tungsten oxide nanosheets are characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. The results show that tungsten oxide nanosheets prepared from sodium tartrate as surfactant have smaller size. The electrochromic performance tests such as the transmittance and response time of device were carried out. Electrochromic device consisting of nanostructured thin film with a high specific surface area and structural stability exhibits better electrochromic properties.
