纤维补强氢化丁腈橡胶的性能

摘要: 选取了3种不同的纤维:聚苯硫醚纤维(PPS)、芳纶浆粕纤维(Pulp)、芳纶短切纤维(AF),分别作为补强填充材料加入到氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)中。研究不同种类及用量的3种纤维对氢化丁腈橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:3种纤维填充的胶料,常温下的拉伸强度与撕裂强度大小顺序都是AF>PPS>Pulp150 ℃高温下拉伸强度的大小顺序是PPS>AF>Pulp,撕裂强度的大小顺序是AF>PPS>Pulp。随着纤维份数的增多,模量、定伸应力、撕裂强度以及高温(150 ℃)下的拉伸强度都随之增大。

Properties of Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber Reinforced by Fiber Reinforcement

Abstract: In this paper, we mainly selected three different kinds of fiber: polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), aramid pulp (Pulp) and short aramid fiber (AF). As filling material to reinforce, they are respectively added to hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR).The effects of the type and dosage of the three different kinds of fiber on the property of HNBR can be shown in the paper. As the results demonstrated, according to the tensile and tearing strength at room temperature of the filled rubbers, the order of the three composites was AF>PPS>Pulp. At high temperature of 150 , the order of the tensile strength was PPS>AF>Pulp, and it was AF>PPS>Pulp in order of the tearing strength. With the increase of fibers, the modulus, elongation, tear strength and tensile strength at high temperature (150 ) of composites would increase.
