“协同催化型”复合钴盐FH-20-1在子午线轮胎带束层胶料中的应用

摘要: 使用全钢子午线轮胎带束层胶料配方,研究了“协同催化型”复合钴盐FH201的用量对胶料的硫化特性、硫化胶的物理机械性能、与带束层钢丝粘合性能的影响,并探索了其促进粘合的机理。结果表明:随着FH-20-1用量的增加,胶料的最高最低转矩差值增大,焦烧时间和工艺正硫化时间减少,表明FH-20-1有提高交联密度、促进硫化的作用;随着FH-20-1用量的增加,硫化胶的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、拉断伸长率以及撕裂强度都呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在0.6份时效果最佳;与加入0.9份的新癸酸钴或0.9份的硼酰化钴胶料相比,当FH-20-1用量为0.6份时,胶料与钢丝的粘合力优于前者,与后者相差不大,而力学性能和耐老化性更突出;经过热失重分析,FH-20-1的初始分解温度比新癸酸钴的低,表现出更高的化学活性。FH-20-1的钴含量约为新癸酸钴的75%,且其用量为新癸酸钴的70%,胶料中钴含量仅为新癸酸钴胶料的50%左右,初步实现了钴盐粘合剂“低钴化”的目标,并能降低用户的产品成本。

Application of Composite Cobalt Salt FH-20-1 as

′Concerted Catalysis′ in Belt Compound of Radial Tire

Abstract: In this paper, the rubber formulation of belt in radial tire was used. Through researching on the amount of the composite cobalt salt FH-20-1 which is served as ′concerted catalysis′, the influence on the vulcanization characteristics, physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber and adhesive property of compound with belt layer′s steel are obtained, the mechanism of promoting adhesion is also discussed. The results shows that with amount of  FH-20-1 increasing, the torque′s difference between the maximum and minimum increase, the scorch time and the process curing time is shorten. This shows that FH-20-1 has the function of improving crosslink density and promoting vulcanization. With the amount of FH-20-1 increasing, the tensile strength, tensile stress at 100%,elongation at break and the tearing strength increase first and then decrease, and 0.6 phr has the best effect. Compared with compound which is added 0.9 phr cobalt neocaprate and 0.9 phr cobalt boronacylate, when the amount of FH-20-1 is 0.6 phr, the adhesive property of conpound with steel is superior to the former and has little difference with the latter one, and the mechanical properties and aging resistance are more prominent; the analysis of thermal weight loss shows that the temperature of initial decomposition of FH-20-1 is lower than cobalt neocaprate, it shows higher chemical activity. The cobalt content of FH-20-1 is about 75% of cobalt neocaprate and the amount is 70% of the cobalt neocaprate, the cobalt content in compound is only 50% of the compound with cobalt neocaprate, it is initially achieve the goal of ′low cobalt content′ in cobalt salt binder.
