海洋平台地基抗震适宜性诊断方法

摘要: 对海洋平台的地基抗震适宜性诊断问题进行了系统分析并基于灰色理论结合模糊综合评判技术构建了诊断理论模型。该模型首先利用灰色统计技术建立测评矩阵,继而使用灰色关联分析来确定相关指标的权重,最后通过模糊方法进行综合评判,使得诊断结果更为科学合理。为了验证该模型的科学性和合理性,本工作结合GIS技术成功评估了渤海湾某海洋平台地基抗震适宜性。

Abstract: The paper carries on the system analysis of seismic resistance suitability and evaluates indicator system seismic resistance suitability about ocean platforms by a integrated method based on grey theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the synthetic study. This method firstly establishes grey statistic technology evaluation matrix, and then uses the gray correlation analysis to determine the weights of related indicators, carries on the synthesis judgment with fuzzy method, so we can make the measure results more scientific and reasonable. In order to verify its scientificity and rationality, this paper finally demonstrates distribution map of land seismic resistance suitability in Bohai gulf successfully by the combination of this method and GIS technology.
