樱桃核乙醇提取物体外抗氧化及降糖降脂研究

摘要: 采用紫外分光光度法测定羟自由基清除率、还原力和氧自由基清除率,采用滴定法和紫外分光光度法进行降糖降脂实验。在实验中,当乙醇提取物的浓度增加至1 g·mL-1时,羟、氧自由基的清除率分别为99.68%和84.24%,还原力增加,且α-葡萄糖苷酶和脂肪酶的活性抑制率最高分别为96.73%和67.9%。自由基清除率和酶抑制率均与乙醇提取物呈浓度依赖性。樱桃核乙醇提取物具有显著的抗氧化活性和良好的降糖降脂能力。

Activities of Cherry Kernel Ethanol Extracts

Abstract: The scavenging rates of hydroxyl radicals and oxygen free radicals and reducing power were determined by UV spectrophotometry; and the methods of titration and UV spectrophotometry were used in the experiments of hypoglycemic and lipid lowering. In the experiments, when the concentration of the ethanol extract increased to 1 g·mL-1, the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical and oxygen free radical were 99.68% and 84.24% respectively, and the reduction ability was also increased. The inhibition rate of the activity of α-glucosidaseand lipase activity was 96.73% and 67.9%, respectively. The scavenging rate of radicals and the inhibition rate of enzymes were increased with the ethanol extract concentration dependence. Cherry kernel ethanol extract has excellent antioxidant activity and favorable ability of hypoglycemic lipid-lowering.
