摘要:对三辛胺-异辛醇体系络合萃取处理CLT酸(6-氯-3-氨基甲苯-4-磺酸)酸析废水进行了研究,实现CLT酸酸析废水的达标排放和资源的循环使用。实验所得最优工艺条件:络合剂质量分数为50%,废水pH为0.7~0.9,水油相比V(废水)/V(油)=4,温度为50℃,平衡萃取时间为25 min。经过一次萃取,COD去除率可以达到96.8%,废水COD值可以降至700 mg·L-1以下。萃取后的水相经高效液相色谱分析,基本不含有机磺酸物质。用NaOH溶液作为反萃剂对萃取相进行反萃,回收的萃取剂性能稳定,重复使用率高,循环使用6次,基本不影响络合萃取的效果。实验结果表明,该CLT酸酸析废水处理工艺可以用于工业化生产。

Trioctylamine-Isooctanol Extraction System to Treat CLT-acid Wastewater

Abstract: The research of trioctylamine-isooctanol extraction system to treat CLT-acid wastewater was to realize the separation of CLT-acid wastewater, recycling waste water utilization and resources.The optimal parameters of extraction were obtained. The concentration of trioctylamine (in mass fraction basis) is 50%,pH value is 1.0,V(waste water) /V(oil)=4,temperature is 50℃,the balanced extraction time is 25 min. The COD value of remained wastewater is less than 700 mg·L-1 after extracted and the removal rate of COD can reach 96.8%. The aqueous phase by high performance liquid chromatography, substantially free of organic sulfonic acid substances. With NaOH solution as the back extraction reagent for the oil phase,the extractant can be recycled effectively for many times.It was reused for six times,and it did not influence the effect of extraction. Experimental results show that the CLTacid wastewater treatment process has good prospects for industrial applications.
