摘要:采用红外光谱、热失重与气质联用(TGGCMS)、核磁共振及扫描电镜分析方法,对丙烯酸酯橡胶AR71的结构进行了分析,研究了炭黑用量对其性能的影响。结果表明:AR71的主单体为丙烯酸乙酯,硫化点单体为氯乙基乙烯基醚。AR71填充30份炭黑N330,无Payne效应,但50份以后Payne效应明显,随炭黑用量增加,tanδ峰值降低、玻璃化转变温度降低,在高弹态tanδ值升高,适合用作阻尼材料;硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力随炭黑用量增加逐渐增加,但拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均下降。

Structure and Properties of Acrylate Rubber AR71

Abstract: The structure of acrylate rubber AR71 was analyzed by using of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Thermogravimetry-gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry (TG-GC-MS) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM). The effects of different amount of carbon black on the performance were investigated.The results showed that ethyl acrylate were the monomer of AR71, and chlorine ethyl vinyl ether was used as vulcanization monomer. With the increasing of carbon black, Payne effect increased significantly, and tanδ peak were decreased. Tg tended to lower temperature and the tanδ increased in rubbery state. The hardness and stress at definite elongation of vulcanized rubber increased with the increasing of carbon black, while tensile strength and the elongation at break decreased.
