阳离子大豆蛋白的制备及其在造纸中的应用

摘要: 以大豆蛋白和3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)为原料制备阳离子大豆蛋白,并研究碱用量、醚化剂用量、醚化温度、醚化时间及乙醇质量分数对产物取代度及反应效率的影响,且进行红外表征。将阳离子大豆蛋白用作增强剂,当其加入量为绝干纤维的0.3%时,显示出良好的增强效果,是一种很好的纸张增强剂。

Performance of Cationic Soybean Protein and Its Application in Papermaking

(College of Chemical Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266042, China)Abstract: Soybean protein and CHPTAC was used as raw material to prepare cationic soybean protein. The effect of the amount of alkali, etherification dosage, etherification temperature, etherification time and the content of alcohol on the degree of substitution and reaction efficiency  was studied. Furthermore, FTIR characterization was obtained. Using cationic soybean protein as a reinforcing agent, paper strengthening was well increased when an amount of 0.3% dry paper fiber was added.
