钙镁铝复合金属氧化物催化微藻油脂制备生物柴油

摘要: 采用共沉淀法制备钙镁铝类水滑石化合物,并以其作为前驱体,再经高温煅烧后制得钙镁铝复合金属氧化物催化剂,并考察了煅烧温度、碱度、碱土金属含量、醇油比和反应温度对生物柴油转化率的影响。当催化剂煅烧温度为400℃,钙镁铝物质的量比为15∶45∶2,醇油物质的量比为14∶1,催化剂质量分数45%,反应温度为65 ℃,反应时间5 h时,转化率达到最高93%。因此,这类具有高活性的催化剂在制备生物柴油中有良好的应用前景。

Preparation of Biodiesel by CaMgAl Composite Metal Oxides Catalyzed Microalgae Oil

Abstract: Calcium magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite prepared by coprecipitation method, the precursor prepared for CaMgAl metal oxide catalyst by calcination. In the artical, it studied the biodiesel conversion influence of calcination temperature, alkalinity, alkaline earth metal content, alcoholoil ratio and reaction temperature. When the catalyst was calcined at 400℃,CaMgAl mole ratio of 1.5∶4.5∶2, Alcohol oil mole ratio of 14∶1, the catalyst loading of 4.5%, the reaction temperature is 65 ℃, the reaction time is  5 h, the conversion rate of 93%. In the preparation of biodiesel, the high activity catalyst has good application prospects.
