医用辐射硫化NR/SBR橡胶材料的制备及性能研究

摘要: 应用电子辐射硫化技术,制备了无硫化剂、防老剂等有害助剂的医用辐射硫化天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶(NR/SBR)复合材料。实验结果表明:辐射剂量小于200 kGy时,NR/SBR复合材料的交联密度随着辐射剂量的增大而增加;辐射剂量在200~250 kGy时,交联密度变化幅度较小。添加辐射敏化剂(TMPTA)的辐射硫化NR/SBR橡胶的拉伸强度及撕裂强度随着辐射剂量的增加先增大后减小。氯化钠注射液的浸取液分析结果表明,辐射硫化NR/SBR橡胶浸取液的pH变化值小于1,而硫磺硫化和过氧化物硫化的NR/SBR橡胶的pH值变化较大。高效液相色谱分析显示,辐射硫化NR/SBR橡胶的氯化钠浸取液中无析出物检出,而硫磺硫化NR/SBR橡胶的浸取液中检测到促进剂M等析出物,过氧化物硫化NR/SBR橡胶的浸取液中检测到TAIC等析出物。

Qingdao University of Science and  Technology, Qingdao 266042, China)Abstract: This paper studied the electron beam irradiated NR/SBR vulcanized rubber without curing agent and antioxidant. When the irradiation dose under 200 kGy, the crosslinking density of electron beam irradiated NR/SBR increases with  radiation dose  increasing, while the crosslinking density changes little in the radiation dose range of 200 to 250 kGy. With radiation dose increasing, tensile strength and tear strength of the irradiated NR/SBR composites containing 1,1,1trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA) first increase up to a certain level, then decrease.  Comparing with the two NR/SBR vulcanized with sulfur and peroxide respectively, the change of pH value of the leaching solution in sodium chloride injection of electron beam irradiated NR/SBR vulcanized rubber is minimal, which is less than 1. In addition, the liquid chromatographic analysis showed that, there was no poisonous educt in the leaching of electron beam irradiated NR/SBR rubber, while sulfur, accelerator M and the TAIC reagents were detected in the leaching of sulfur vulcanized and peroxide vulcanized ones.
