L组氨酸咪唑手性离子液体合成及催化乙醛酸酯不对称羟醛缩合反应

 摘要: 研究了在L组氨酸类手性咪唑离子液体催化下,乙醛酸乙酯与异丁醛的羟醛缩合反应。系统考察了反应时间、催化剂用量及催化剂重复使用等因素对反应的影响,优化了反应条件。以431%的收率得到光学效率值为45%的(R)3,3二甲基2羟基4氧代丁酸乙酯,其缩合产物及催化剂结构由1H NMR确定。

 Preparation and Catalysis Performance of LHistidine Imidazole Chiral Ionic Liquids for Chiral Aldol Reaction of Ethyl Glyoxylate

 Abstract: The chiral aldol condensation of ethyl glyoxylate and isobutyraldehyde by using Lhistidine imidazole chiral ionic liquids as catalyst was studied. The affecting factors for reaction yield, such as reaction time, the amount of catalyst and catalyst circulation, and optimization conditions were investigated. The yield of aldol product (R)2hydroxy3,3dimethyl4oxobutyric acid ethyl ester reached 431% in which the enantionselectivity of the product gained 45%.The structure of product were also determined by 1H NMR.
