4,4′双甲基丙烯酰氧基二苯砜的合成与表征

 摘要: 以苯酚为原料,经磺化脱水和低温相转移催化反应合成了4,4′双甲基丙烯酰氧基二苯砜(BPSDMA)。通过对温度、原料物质的量的比、溶剂和阻聚剂种类等反应因素的考察,得到了合成BPSDMA的较佳反应条件:缩合反应温度160 ℃,苯酚与硫酸的物质的量的比为1∶06;选择二氯甲烷作溶剂,以对甲氧基苯酚为阻聚剂,4,4′二羟基二苯砜与甲基纤维素的物质的量的比为1∶22。该反应条件温和,操作简单,并且目标产物总收率(671%)较高。产物的结构通过IR,1H NMR和GCMS进行了验证。

Preparation and Characterization of   4,4′Bismethacryloyloxydiphenylsulfone

Abstract: 4,4′Bismethacryloyloxydiphenylsulfone was synthesized using phenol as starting material by sulfonated dehydration and low temperature phasetransfer catalysis reaction. The optimum conditions were obtained by examining the effects of temperature, molar ratio of raw materials, solvent and inhibitor on product yield:  The temperature of condensation reaction 160 ℃ and n(phenol) ∶ n(H2SO4) =1∶06; methylene chloride as solvent, 4methoxyphenol as inhibitor and n(BPS)∶n(MC)=1∶22. The results shows that the reaction conditions were moderate and has high yield(671%). The structure of product was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and GCMS.
