超滤膜甲醇分离单元的Aspen Plus用户模型开发

摘要: 新型甲醇生产工艺中,普遍采用超滤膜甲醇分离器分离甲醇合成塔的出料,获得粗甲醇,其理论模型为超滤模型。超滤膜甲醇分离器具有污染小、能耗低、易操作等特点。为能够对此分离单元进行工艺模拟与分析,基于Aspen Plus V71平台,采用软件内置Excel 95模板对超滤膜甲醇分离器模型进行初步的开发与探究。模型通过选择合适的计算模块、恰当的物性方法以及准确的Excel模板输入得到的模拟值与工厂实际数据基本吻合。所建立的Excel用户模型可以作为超滤膜甲醇分离工艺过程的设计基础,能够为装置的设计、优化以及膜污染控制提供依据。

Aspen Plus User Model Development of Integrated Membrane Methanol Separator

Abstract: Newtypeprocess of methanol production widely used the ultrafiltration membrane methanol separator to separate the discharge of methanol synthesis reactor to obtain the crude methanol whose principle is ultrafiltration model. Ultrafiltration membrane methanol separator has the characteristics of low pollution, low energy consumption and easy operation. This paper develops and explores the user model of integrated membrane methanol separator by using Aspen Plus V7.1 platform and Excel 95 template for process simulation and analysis of the separation unit. The user model chooses the appropriate calculation module, appropriate physical method and accurate excel template input to obtain the output. The output is close to the factory actual data. The user model built in this paper can be used as the design basis for integrated membrane methanol separator process and provide reference for the design of the device, equipment optimization and membrane pollution control.
