摘 要:介绍了可控去浸润方法用于联二炔单体条带阵列结构的制备。该方法首先利用硅柱 阵列的亲液性质在基底形成液膜,进一步液膜破裂,在硅柱模板与单体溶液之间形成液桥。 最后通过控制溶剂挥发和液桥内的限域组装,实现了联二炔分子的有序排列。采用了光学显 微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等多种手段对制备得到的单体阵 列形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,通过该方法可以制备得到联二炔单体分子的精确图案化 单晶阵列,条带阵列表面平整,厚度约为 20 nm,相邻条带间距可以通过模板参数进行调控。 进一步通过紫外光照进行原位聚合。通过拉曼光谱对聚合前后的阵列结构组成进行表征,证 明了制得的单体阵列结构成功实现了聚合,得到了聚联二炔条带阵列结构。

Preparation of Polydiacetylene Strip Arrays

Abstract:Controlled dewetting strategy was employed in fabrication of patterned diacetylene monomer strips. Due to the hydrophilic properties of silicon pillar arrays, liquid film was firstly spread out on the substrates, through further rupture of the liquid film, liquid bridge can be formed between silicon pillars and monomer solution. Furthermore, by controlling solvent evaporation and confinement assembly in the liquid bridge on the silicon pillar, ordered arrays of diacetylene were obtained. The morphology of the prepared monomer arrays was characterized through various techniques such as optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). As can be seen from the results, precisely patterned arrays of diacetylene monomers can be prepared by this method. The surface of monomer stripes was flat with thickness about 20 nm, and the spacing between adjacent stripes can be regulated by changing parameters of the templates. Moreover, in situ polymerization was further achieved upon UV light exposure. The composition of the array structure before and after polymerization was analyzed by Raman spectroscopy, successful polymerization of the monomer array structure was demonstrated, polyacetylene stripe arrays were constructed accordingly.
