摘要: 为特定的光气化装置建立了光气的吸收、解吸和随后回收的工艺流程,对该工艺流程进行了技术经济分析。研究结果显示,在基准条件下,光气回收工艺的投资回收期仅需要1.61 a,满足行业通用要求,具有较好的经济效益。此外,敏感性分析表明,即使在各因素分别波动为±20%的条件下,该工艺仍具有非常好的市场竞争力。在当前注重经济、安全、环保等综合因素的背景下,本研究为处理含光尾气的策略提供了理论依据,具有重要的实际应用和推广价值。

Simulation and Techno-Economic Analysis of Treatment Process for Tail Gas Containing Phosgene

Abstract: In this study, a process flow for the absorption, desorption, and subsequent recycling of phosgene was established for a specific phosgene gasification plant. The technical and economic analysis of this process was conducted. The results revealed that the investment payback period for the phosgene recovery process was only 1.61 a under baseline conditions, meeting the general requirements of the industry and demonstrating favorable economic benefits. Sensitivity analysis showed that even with a fluctuation of ±20% in various factors, the process remained highly competitive in the market. Against the backdrop of increasing focus on comprehensive factors such as economy, safety, and environmental protection, this study provides a theoretical basis for the strategy of treating photochemical tail gas containing phosgene, and holds significant practical application and promotion value.
