摘要: 以典型无炭型聚合物PMMA为研究对象,基于锥形量热仪的实验条件,采用Fluent软件,利用化学反应动力学模型等,模拟研究PMMA在热解燃烧过程中温度场、气相浓度场的变化情况,并讨论了不同辐射功率对材料燃烧时质量损失率、CO2生成率和热释放速率的影响。模拟结果表明:在50 kW · m-2辐射功率下,热解气体最大流出速率为0.015 g · s-1,热解时最大气相温度在距样品表面上方2.5 cm的区域出现,最大温度为634 K。燃烧反应中生成物主要集中在距样品上表面5~7 cm的气相区域内。

Simulation Study on Pyrolysis Combustion Process of PMMA Material Based on Cone Calorimeter Experimental Conditions

Abstract: This paper takes the typical carbon-free polymer PMMA as the research object, based on the experimental conditions of the cone calorimeter, using Fluent software, using chemical reaction kinetic model, etc., to simulate the temperature field of PMMA in the process of pyrolysis and combustion, the variation of the concentration field, and the influence of different radiation powers on the mass loss rate, CO2 production rate and heat release rate during material combustion are discussed. The simulation results show that under the radiant power of 50 kW · m-2, the maximum outflow rate of the pyrolysis gas is 0.015 g · s-1, the temperature of the pyrolysis gas phase appears at 2.5 cm above the sample surface, and the maximum temperature is 634 K. The products in the combustion reaction are mainly concentrated in the gas phase region 5—7 cm away from the upper surface of the sample.
